What we collect

We don't ask you to make an account. When you read a story, our servers log your IP address, browser type, the page you opened, and the page that sent you here. If you write to us, we keep your name, email, and message so we can answer.

Cookies and ads

We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings. If you read from the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any of these cookies are set.

Analytics

We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to see which stories people finish and where they stop reading. These tools record pages viewed, scroll depth, and clicks. They don't record what you type.

Your choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time from the cookie banner. Readers in California and other US states with privacy laws can ask what we hold about them, or ask us to delete it. Readers in the UK and EU can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and can complain to their data protection authority.
